Consortium COWI, NING and GEO-dita, was hired by Belgrade Land and development public agency to make all necessary surveying in the area of 48.8ha, and to finish general design, for the purpose of formatting plots for roads, streets, tramway tracks, pedestrian zones and green areas. General design covered over 12km of streets and roads, with designed horizontal and vertical alignment, sewerage systems, 2000m of riverbank protection.
